Accessibility Statement

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA across the public site, the provider workspace and the public verification portal, and we treat accessibility defects as functional defects.

• Semantic headings, landmarks and labelled form controls throughout.
• Keyboard operability for navigation, dialogs, menus and upload flows.
• Visible focus indicators and colour contrast checked against our brand palette.
• Text alternatives for logos, seals, badges and QR codes.
• Layouts that reflow to 320px width and support browser zoom to 200%.

• Some uploaded evidence documents are provider-authored PDFs whose accessibility we do not control.
• Complex analytics charts convey trends visually; equivalent figures are available in table form on request.
• Printed A4 certificates are a fixed layout by design; a digital verification page is always available as an accessible equivalent.

We can provide accreditation reports, certificates and standards documents in large print, plain text or another agreed format. Contact us and we will respond within five working days.
